Migration questions
Is the migration really free?
Yes. We rebuild your app and help you publish it at no extra cost. You pay only the normal AppFromShop plan, starting with the 14-day free trial.
Will I keep my App Store and Google Play listings?
In most cases, yes. The apps are published from your own developer accounts, so we can release AppFromShop as an update to the same listings, keeping your reviews and installs. For Android this usually needs an upload-key change through Google, which we guide you through.
Do my customers need to do anything?
No. They receive the new version as a normal app update.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your app. We agree a timeline with you after reviewing it, before any work starts.
