Guide
Billing and the free trial
How the 14-day trial, billing and cancelling work.
The trial
Every app starts with a 14-day free trial. You're not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing.
How you're billed
Shopify stores pay on their Shopify bill. Other stores in India pay in INR through Razorpay (UPI or cards); stores elsewhere pay in USD through Paddle (cards or PayPal).
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Plan page in your dashboard. A paid plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. See the cancellation and refund policy for details.
